From business strategy to productive AI – End-to-End.
We translate your business goals into a data and AI target picture that convinces management and survives architecture review: a scored use-case portfolio, reference architecture, business case and a roadmap we then deliver ourselves.

A strategy has to pass two reviews.
Investment certainty instead of gut feeling
You decide on budgets, not frameworks. Our strategy gives you a solid decision paper: which use cases come first, the business case behind them, the three-year cost picture and how you measure success.
Prioritised use-case portfolio
Scored by value, effort and data readiness – including ROI per case.
3-year cost and benefit model
Platform, licences, operations and team – transparent, not surprising.
Target picture & roadmap
What goes live in 90 days, what in 12 months, what follows strategically.
Governance & compliance
EU AI Act, GDPR and role model as part of the strategy, not an afterthought.
From objectives to delivery in five phases
Explore each phase and see the results it produces.
Discovery & baseline
Interviews with business, IT and management, review of the system landscape, data sources and running initiatives.
Results from this phase
Ist-Bild der Datenlandschaft
Systeme, Quellen, Schnittstellen und Schattenlösungen dokumentiert.
Datenreife-Score
Bewertung über Daten, Technologie, Organisation und Kultur.
Stakeholder-Map
Wer entscheidet, wer nutzt, wer betreibt – inklusive Zielkonflikten.
Where do you stand – and what is the next sensible step?
Strategy doesn't mean doing everything at once. We place you on one of five levels and define exactly the step with the biggest leverage right now.
Interactive quick check
Answer 6 questions on the right about reporting, semantics, AI, governance, delivery and strategic leverage. You immediately get your level and next steps.
Data provisioning & reporting
How are your reports created today?
A target picture that holds from sensor to board-level KPI.
We think strategy in layers: each level with clear ownership, clear interfaces and a clear cost model. That keeps the target picture extensible instead of turning every new requirement into a special case.
- Open formats (Delta, Iceberg)
- Domain ownership instead of data silos
- IaC, CI/CD and environments
- Lineage, quality and audit trail

Frequently asked questions
How long does a strategy sprint take?+
Typically six weeks: two weeks of discovery, two weeks of target picture and portfolio, two weeks of architecture, business case and roadmap. For larger group structures we plan eight to ten weeks.
Do we get slides only, or something solid?+
Both – but the core is solid: a documented target architecture, calculated business cases and a roadmap our own delivery teams then implement. We don't write down anything we wouldn't build ourselves.
Are we locked into one technology afterwards?+
No. We justify the platform decision based on your workloads, skills and cost structure and document the alternatives. Open formats such as Delta Lake and Iceberg keep an exit technically possible.
Can we move straight into delivery?+
Yes. Usually the first lighthouse use case starts in parallel with the final strategy phase so you have productive proof within 90 days.

We listen, place your maturity level and show which three steps have the biggest leverage in your context – free and non-binding.
